After memorising the different parts of verbs, get to know the different verb forms in the tense system.

Try to use this table to write the sentences based on the time mentioned:

Then make sure you understand the usage of the different verb forms.
For example - when you should use "simple past" and "simple present";
When to use - present continuous and past continuous;
and finally the difference between "present perfect" and "past perfect".
For example - when you should use "simple past" and "simple present";
When to use - present continuous and past continuous;
and finally the difference between "present perfect" and "past perfect".
Repeat with other verbs such as : eat, finish, wash, clean etc.
