1. Marinate beef with black pepper, salt, sugar and fennel (jintan manis)
2. Fry it with or without oil for a while and press it a little bit (using pounder etc)
B.
1. Fry garlic and ginger.
Add celery (a bit , if you like )
Tamarind sauce,
corn flour (mix with water first)
black peper
salt and sugar
2. Fry until it boils, then put in the marinated beef . But make sure you add
flour to the beef and dipped into egg yolk or egg first.
3. Half cook it if you are thinking of keeping it for later. Put them into the freezer and finish cooking it when you feel like eating.
